Coletree is a small studio created by Cole & Tree. We make thoughtful little things for everyday life — with care, warmth, and a hope to keep life simple, human, and close to what truly matters.
For us, “who to make things with” matters more than “what to make.” There are many talented people in the world, but shared values and a good way of working together are just as important. After years of working around the internet, we still often wonder what kinds of things are truly worth making — things that feel more interesting, meaningful, and human.
We hope this place can help us meet people who care about similar things. Whether you work with code, music, design, education, public good, or anything else that feels meaningful and interesting, feel free to reach out with ideas, app feedback, or possible collaborations.
晓禾依树网站 于 2006 年上线。中间经历了中文互联网墙的出现，以致换域名、更换主机服务商，迁移空间出海；也曾因自己没有时间精力打理，关掉了空间，仅将内容备份至Github…… 这十多年的折腾过程，也是一段“非程序员站长”的艰难历史。但总算是在喧嚣浮躁的网络世界里，保留下了一块安静的自留地。 在一次次的迁移中，很多网站的历史数据都丢了，包括以前网友们给我们的留言评论，以及很多网友的联系方式。但人生就是不断地相遇，分离，没有太多永恒。只愿在彼此短暂的交汇中能感受到温暖。当然也希望还能有机会重遇。
比起“做什么？”，“和谁一起做”更重要。世界上有很多有能力有才华的人，但不一定能开心共事。我们在互联网行业从业多年，总在想能做些什么更有趣更有价值的事情呢？同时，受碍于自身在很多方面的能力欠缺，以及 i 人社交能力短板，让想法的推动变得非常困难。
